Jewelry may be requested to be repaired by The Posse Jewelry Co. at an additional charge. We are more than willing to repair pieces, even if you did not originally purchase it from us. All items purchased from a drop will ship within a week of the drop date. Custom orders, navajo pearl orders, and most pieces from our website are made to order. These are handmade and will ship within 1-3 weeks of purchase.

We offer Economy and Standard Shipping. The days shown under the "Shipping Method" is estimates by the postal services and is not included in the turnaround time to handmake your order. Shipping costs calculated at checkout is based on your location and the weight of your package. Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and shipping method chosen.

Payment is due within 3 hours of purchasing of order (specifically with a drop) unless additional arrangements have been made.
